Video Chat Api or Services

I have several applications.I want to integrate one api or service(if there is) for video chat. This api should support Android , IOS, or for web applications. I looked for Amazon Services, Google Services , Microsoft Services but couldn't find anything, Could you give some ideas for these if you know apis or services I can use? Thanks in advance
