Using android camera from a Website after it be converted to .apk

I have searched online and couldn't find an answer. I have a website for example mobilehtml5(dot)org/ts/?id=23. it could use your camera in android's web browser. I want to convert it into apk file. But, when i converted it into apk using www(dot)appsgeyser(dot)com/, i could not use my camera in android. How could i use my camera after i convert it into apk?
