Can Dynamic List in Webflow interact with Js code?

I've been learning front-end web design using the structure of Html+css+Javascript and found a online html building website called 'WebFlow'.
It provides a tool called 'dynamic list' which sounds like what I need, however, I can't figure out whether it's just a static builder for easy displaying or it can interact with my native js code.
