any way to get the hovered object's html or inner-text using any java made web browser like Lobo

I have a desktop java app which now requires a web prerequisite to get text from any webpage and then further process it. I have developed the processing module but now I need to get the innerText of any element I hover on but all of this should be in java so I can pass by text further on to the processing module. My possible testing webpages are wikipedia like not very complicated.

So is there any way to get text from ant webpage using java web browser and java library.
