How to enable desktop web notification to switch to corresponding tab?

I am writing a web app using javascript. The target user uses the app on a desktop. The app sends some notifications using Notification API.

My question is how can I make the notifications interaction in the sense that when a user clicks on a notification the browser will focus on the tab that the app is running.
