2 Webservers on same machine, what DNS stuff to use?

I want to serve my API and my frontend on the same IP. I‘m using Docker / MicroK8s. My domain is registered on Lima-City, they have own DNS servers, but I also could use own DNS servers. So, is there a way to make api.domain.com:80/443 pointing to myip:8080 (or some other port) and domain.com:80/443 pointing to myip:80/443? I also could install stuff like DNS and proxy’s to my Servers.
