How to find the date that an URL shortener was created?

I tried google inurl, but it doesn't work since the URL is already cut, it works well when the original URL is available.

I'm not an expert in web and HTML or ... . Is there anyway to find the date via inspecting the elements of the page or looking at the sources of the page ?
