users cannot log in to my asp.net web app

I have a web application that write with asp.net technology. for use of my application users must be log in to web application. when a user enter username and pass and click on login button ,dont login and again goto login page. server for host this web application is windows server 2019. an important tip is that my app work fine on another server with windows 2019 .
