Problem when I want to download a json file in Python

It's the first time I write in the forum so I hope my message is correct!

I have a problem, I want to download a json file in the website 'https://meteofrance.com/previsions-meteo-france/paris/75000 ' that give us the weather duting the hour. As this picture displays:

But when I want to download the file, thanks to this url : https://rpcache-aa.meteofrance.com/internet2018client/2.0/nowcast/rain, I have an invalid token. ==> I'm not authorized :/

Do you know how I can get the json file?
