Need help in extracting contents of pdf using php

I am stucking in a problem from last week but unable to find the solutions. What I want:

I have a pdf file and I want to show pdf data exactly same format in web browser with same format as it is in pdf! I have found many links but they are all showing formatted text to simple text but I want this following file same format to website wither using php and JavaScript!
