Looking for a solution for a public repository of released binary files, recoverable with the wget tool

I'm looking for a repository published on the web, to upload and thus publish only binary releases with tags (i.e. commercial releases; no publication of source code) that can be accessed with the Linux downloading tool wget. The baseURL (???) must be constant and followed by logical (ordered) paths to be queried, like for example:
https://(???which baseURL???)/releases/download/1/foo_0.0.0.0_amd64.deb
https://(???which baseURL???)/releases/download/2/foo_0.0.0.1_amd64.deb
https://(???which baseURL???)/releases/download/3/foo_0.0.0.2_amd64.deb

What do you use, or recommend: GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, ...?
