How do I link my mobile app to my new website?

I created a website to explain the mobile app I am developing. I chose Weebly as the CMS because I just wanted a simple and quick way to explain what my app is going to do, but always knew that I would have to change platforms in the future. Now is the time for me to change platforms but I am not sure how to link the data from my app to the new website I need to create. This new website must have a dashboard to keep track of company information and data my app is going to transmit to it. I would love to hear your suggestions. Thank you.
