download interactive website for offline use

im trying to get offline copy of http://atlasofemotions.org/#actions/anger and other emotions.

httrack, "save page as...", online tools, copy-pasting object with graph into notepad and making it .html are all methods i thought of and did not work. it always shows just blank page. some methods show graph and site for a fraction of seconds and then everything goes white.

via inspect i've got to http://atlasofemotions.org/strings/langs/en.json this json data that seems to be all text from graph. also for images of static image of graph.

anyway, im not able to get it working like real website does (hovering over/clicking triggers actions) nor to download whole graph at all.

is it for some reason impossible?
