How can I move a window from one Virtual Desktop to the second on same device?

I know i can create new virtual desktop with CTRL + Win + D and Move among them using CTRL + WIN + ARROW KEYS. I want to know if there is any way to move Tasks like (Running Programs) among the created Virtual Desktops?
