Is there a naming convention for section types for web development?

By the convention, I don't mean syntactical like camelcase. I was wondering wether there are some frequently used names for page sections with certain functionality(not HTML5 tags). Just like sections with peoples feedback usually called 'testimonials' or the main image called 'hero'.
