what books can I read to learn about servers?

I am currently learning about web development (html, css, php and mysql). Reading the php documentation I've been using the local server which is included in it, but now I am at the point where I would like to learn about servers in a more structured way.

I would like recommendations of books where I can learn about:

• The related terms such as http, ports, apache, dns, ip, url, mask, proxy, etc.

• How to host my web site and how to organize my files.

• Security issues to take into consideration

Also, if possible I would like to try all these concepts on a personal web server to connect to the internet( install a web server in a personal computer ).
