Is that posible to host a website and sql server with xampp on Window Server 2012?(Open port is allowed)

I have a Windows Server 2012 from Azure.And i wanna ask if it possible to host a sql server and website with xampp on it?I can open port on azure networking and open port on firewall advanced. If its possible,please lemme know how to do it
