How can i change the categories shown in google results

The problem seems simple but I have tried different ways but didn't get to know how to proceed. So, basically, I want to add the categories or page titles of my WordPress website to the google search results as you can see in the image that there are "uncategorized", "Contact" etc. So I want them to be replaced with what I wanted. I have tried using SEO Yoast plugin but I guess I was doing it wrongly Image
