Easiest way to create a web page to interact with Firebase Firestore

I'm pretty new to web development. I need to create a simple web page with the same functionality as an Activity in my Android app (written in Kotlin).

The page should have:

• button for Google login
• some fields to enter dates, hours and other text
• the ability to retrieve data from Firestore and upload data to Firestore (requiring Google Authentication)

What tools (languages, frameworks, etc.) should I use to get maximum result with minimum effort?
