Cannot access nodejs server on AWS virtual machine [closed]

So I was trying to deploy a simple Node.JS application on AWS using this tutorial. I followed everything step by step in this tutorial and even my server is running on EC2 my instance on port number 3000. I selected Mumbai as my data centre location while setting up my instance.

But in the last step, when I try to access my EC2 instance using public ip4 DNS url, its not accessible. I get an error in my browser that this site is not accessible.

I have changed every possible setting but nothing is working.

I have read hundreds of articles but none of them seems to be working. Somebody please help me......
