Website plugin or other method to limit form submissions depending on time?

Is there a website plugin or way to limit the number of applications that will be accepted depending on time chosen? Like I only want to be able to accept max 20 entries for 10AM bookings and max 10 entries for 4PM bookings and want to have the form stop after that.
