Which headless CMS should I use for website and mobile app?

So I would like to create a sports website (with live scores and articles, etc.) which I will develop using ReactJs. And I was looking to find if I should use a CMS and if yes which one, because I read and saw a bunch of things about the wordpress headles CMS but I am not sure if I should use it. In addition propably later on I will create a mobile app to go with the website ( using flutter or maybe react native) and I would like to display my website's content on my app as well without having to do double the work needed to post something. I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you in advance.
