Make console application as a web application/remote application

I built an interactive console application in c# (there are kinds of questions and tests the user by some experiments - for research purposes). I wanted to know if it is possible somehow to convert this app, as it ran on my computer that will run on the network or something like that. I want I can get a URL and publish that on the experiments forum. Not necessarily fixed on this way of URL just wish I could make it accessible to remote users I do not know. I searched for it on the internet and saw that the idea of ​​a console app on the web is not such a good idea, but my knowledge in terms of design and client-side is not particularly good.
