Javascript in Odoo website doesn't work when iam disconnected from the website

Hi everybody and thank you in advance for helping me.

So, when i'm connected with an account in Odoo website, the javascript works.

When i disconnect my self from Odoo website and see the website as a simple user, all the javascript animations of the website doesn't work.

Can you help me to resolve this?

Iam working with Odoo 14...
