how can i host a website from my laptop on internet

I want to host my site from my laptop to internet. It is a full time site to be online. I am using xampp for localhost. For taking this online I want access my localhost through my public ip from internet. I have already used port forwarding. But still not accessing through my public ip.

Please help me out. I am trying since too long. I really want this site to be on internet. If someone interested in helping me please help me by email also- EMAIL
