Spotify doesn't update playlist in real time?

I discovered Spotify won't update the playlist in real-time if I am listening to a playlist and then I add a song at the end the song won't be played and the playlist would end before the song! is there a way to force it to edit it in real-time I need it to happen for a web app/ app I am trying to make with python and flask using the Spotipy API!
