Website refusing connection without SSL, but loads with SSL over HTTPS

I have a main website that I DON'T want to connect through SSL and I have SSL for the domain that works fine for the relevant directories.

I have noticed that my site is not connecting any more over HTTP (connection is refused as in the screenshot), but when I put the site on HTTPS in the browser, it works despite non secure links which just blank out, but I don't get connection refusal. See the screenshot. The domain is ineek.com
