Website hosting error due to setting files

So I know I can do cursor: none; to completely hide the cursor on a website. What I am looking for is the following behaviour:

1. Show cursor if we are on a pc and use a mouse
2. Hide cursor on touch screens like an additional one that is connected to a pc or a smartphone etc.

How could one implement such a feature? Thanks in advance
