Website hiding cursor on touchdevices, show it otherwise

so I know I can do "cursor: none;" to completely hide the cursor on a website. What I am looking for is the following behavior:

• show cursor if we are on a pc and use a mouse
• hide cursor on touch screens like an additional one that is connected to a pc or a smartphone etc

How could one implement such a feature? Thanks in advance
