seeking advice with google analytics co.uk/com tracking

Google suggests coming here to seek help - hopefully, you can help.

I have 3 domains for example

enter code hereiloveapple.co.uk iloveapples.co.uk iloveapples.com

So let's say apples.co.uk is my hero domain and the rest are for people who think my website is the others, these are all diverted to my Squarespace website. But I want to track the visitor and re-direct in google analytics to apple.co.uk and apples.com - I can't figure it out... anyone have any human-centric advice?
