Angular Firebase Phone authentication web recaptcha displaying twice

I am using firebase phone authentication for the angular project.Sometimes I am able to witness the scenario where the recaptcha gets diaplayed twice as below, inspite of using the code only once . Please do give suggestions to overcome this. Thanks in advance.
