push notifications to a web app USING SNS Http/https

We are building an application which would be in ios/andriod for both mobile push notification. I have already using SNS platform application to push the message.

Now i want to make the notification to Web application (). Could anyone please help me with some reference on how to make a target notification to specific user and few sample for subscribing and confirmation of SNS topic via any code. I am using Angular 8 for web development.

I have gone through AWS DOcs: It wasnt clear to understand, Sorry if i repeat it.
