Multi-stream broadcast where more then one user can do a broadcast and other users can see them

We need a multi-stream broadcast where more then one user can do a broadcast and other users can see them. here we need a function where broadcasters can see each other and talk internally.

we are using agora.io for simple broadcast it is working fine. now we want to add the above function in it.

we are using agora web SDK for PHP.
