How to add my php file in subdomain (folder)?

i have HomePage.php and i uploaded it into my host to create URL like this: https://ift.tt/3dvEzAW and this file located on "public_html". all i need to create subdomain (or folder) in side my root to make my URL like this: https://ift.tt/2xKdkU2
