How to add a meta box above the default Title meta box to a custom post type in wordpress?

I made a custom Post Type (Team Members) to display our team members, which contains a image followed by the name and the members job. The post type is displayed by the loop showing only the members in a section, the problem Im facing is that if i add an image using visual editor it does not positions as it should be, so i thought maybe creating a custom meta box above the default title meta box would do the work. Is doing this possible or is there any other way of doing so ?

This is how i want it to be... The blue box should contain the image for the member.
