"Page Not Found" Error when i want to publish my site on netlify

I have this problem.

Looks like you've followed a broken link or entered a URL that doesn't exist on this site.

I don't know to to fix it i saw some answers on stackoverflow but I don't understand it. One guy said that all I need is to fix config.toml and baseurl but I dont know how to do that.

I need help fast
