Hired programmer from Fiverr acting suspiciously. Made strange changes to CSS of my website

I paid a programmer $25 on fiverr to make some changes to the appearance of my site. The homepage was fine i said but when creating new posts there were some problems with getting the right look.

At the end of her work she asked me to check and i said its fine. Wasnt everything i asked for but she put alot of time into it. I gave her a 5 star rating and paid the money.

The next mornning i wake up and see my homepage is messed up. It seems all the images are no longer showing. It doesnt make sense as there are still images stored on my server. At this point i changed my wordpress password (ok ok some might say i should have changed it immediately).

I approached fiverr about it and they said I have to talk to her about it. She said that this seems to be a CSS issue and it could be effecting other pages. I will have to pay her $5 minimum to fix this.

I have attached below the coding she added to the Additional CSS section of my site. The last part of it seems suspicious.
