what would be your job title if you're the one create the web app and tasked to maintain it?

Hello i'm just wondering about the my job title, because since i'm a freelance programmer and full stack web app developer i was able to secure a contract and created a web app for a small company, then they asked me to maintain it with a separate pay from the contract of creating the web app.
