How to read HTML Table tr td in standalone application

I would like to read several web pages containing a hug with lot of values. I don't know what is the easiest way to do that. I would prefer to do it in C# but if the easiest way is by using javascript, why not. The aim is to read some data (date and doubles values) and push them in a SQL Server database. Best Regards,
