How can I pass values to this web page with URL? [on hold]

There is this web page (http://www.caionline.in/site/spot_rates) that gets a date using drop down lists from the user and then shows information related to that specific date. Now, I want to know if there is any way that I can pass the date to this web page through URL instead of selecting day/month/year from the drop down lists?
