Unity upload error, what problem is this?

First of all, i apologize to all of you my English is not good. I builded Unity program for WebGL, and i wanted to upload on my django web program. But it didn't work at all. What problem is this?

I moved Build folder and TemplateData folder to my django workspace, and i fixed url to /static/Build/.. is there any problem?? How can i fix this problem.
