How to read all replies in an email by using php (imap or something else)?

I'm doing a ticket system,

i want the person who sent the ticket can reply to it in the email, so i want to insert his reply to database to show it in the website

so he can reply to the ticket by 2 ways one in the same website and another in the same email.
