Broken urls in google index

In the google index appeared a broken urls. There are two sites: https://aaa.com, https://bbb.com

And somehow there was a bonding of urls. The site bbb has page https://bbb/brands/bosh.com On the website aaa such url never existed (https://aaa/brands/bosh.com). But in some way it fell into the index of the google, with titles and descriptions from the bbb site. This sites combined only one thing, earlier they physically placed on the same server. Last year site bbb was moved to another server. This sites does not have any cross-references.

Ask for help with this situation.
