Why web application URL appending ?#X character at last

I am getting ?#X these character at the end of URL e.g. https://www.mytesturl.com/?#X like this. it is a single page application, I used html index page for login . after that application is developed in ExtJs framework.

I dont want that characters at the end of URL. why this? and how can I remove it?
