How to add Python code to an existing website

So I am learning Python and I just finished taking a course on how to use Thompson Sampling to help online stores with advertising. I would be measuring the success of certain ads run on the website, so we can pick the best one. But I've hit a snag. I don't know how I would be able to put my algorithm on an actual website. How do I connect my python code with a website or mobile app to get the information that I need?
