How to start web-development for experienced C++/Java programmer

I need your suggestions for tutorial (udemy/youtube/etc.). I am experienced with C++/Java programming. I know very good all data structures, pointers, efficient algorithms and perfectly understand OOP consept. Now at my workplace I have to create simple form-site. I need some knowledge of web, but I dont need to learn what is data type, waht is function, or class, etc, as it is explained in all tutorials. Just web, and tutorial must suppose that I know what is programming. Language can be English or Russian.
