web application deploy using a client browser

Hi need to deploy an think client application (web site). I'm experienced winforms (thick client) developer. I need to depoly the web site but need to be sure that users do not change the url or that do not upgrade or change browser.

what are my options? develop the web site and deployit using wpf webbrowser?
