I want to create a ivr chatbot using botframework , genesys or asterix and xlite as telefony

I have to create a IVR chatbot using Botframework , c# language. I haven't create before an IVR bot ( chatbot i have created more than 10 ). I want to publish this chatbot not i skype as examples are in web, but in web or directline using genesys pureconnet platform.

My idea is to create something including NPL and Ai not static answers. If you have any experience please guide me how to do that.
