How to click on "I AGREE" button of Javascript webpage and go to read next page html programmatically

I am struggling with an issue. I have to read this webpage "https://otctransparency.finra.org/otctransparency/Agreement" . So , While opening this website first i will get an agreement page , there i have to press " I AGREE" button then it will go to the next page and from there i have to scrap the some informafion .

Can you please help me with small snippet to automate this process.
