Inserting a big JavaScript in a html onlick Tag

i have a big JavaScript Code in a html file like <script>CODE</script>

Now, this hole paragraph should only execute if the user clicks a button (or something like that)

for example <button id="MyButton" onclick= ???>MyButton</Button>
